Hi my name is Perry before I came to Jesus Christ back in the early 90's I was living a self centered and empty life. My life was radically changed by Jesus when I realized I was a sinner, but that God loved me so much that He gave His only begotten Son to die for me. I now have peace and purpose in my life and I've learned where to go for help with life's problems. God has also blessed me with a wonderful family. I am also privilaged to be part of new believers ministry. May God bless you.

Home Fellowships

I have followed the Lord Jesus for over 36 years and with my wife have been a member of Calvary Chapel San Jose for 30 of those years. During those 30 years, I have had the privilege of serving in the Home Fellowship ministry for about 20 years. I am a firm believer that every Christian should be involved in a Home Fellowship. The Home Fellowships are the primary ministry of the body. This is where we really get to know each other, share in fellowship, prayer and teaching of the Word of God. As an Elder in the Body for over 20 years I have witnessed members of our Body go through some hard times, a death in the family, a divorce, job loss, illness, etc.. My insight has been that those who are in a Home Fellowship get through these hardships with less pain and suffering. I account this to the fact that everyone involved in a Home Fellowship is prayed for and has deeper Christian relationships with other members of the Body to help them through these hard times that we all face.
